Neil Gissler
Gissler has 35 years of experience and a deep background in business strategy, operating model design and implementation, P&L design and management, go-to-market organization design, client segmentation and management, business operations and service delivery, while delivering year-over-year growth in start-up, hyper-growth, and maturing business cycles. His most recent role was COO of Dentsu International where he was responsible for the transformation of the business globally (spanning strategy development, operating model and organization design, as well as the global consolidation of brands and legal entities), as well as the on-going operations of the business to deliver planned growth and profit expectations.
